I love that he named it MMLP 2.

SSLP was what got Shady into the mainstream. The MMLP was amazing because it was a time and mind capsule; a candid, transparent look into the mind that brought you SSLP. Marshall Mathers laid his heart, mind, and soul on the table for you, love it or hate it.

And love it or hate it, thats exactly what this is. MMLP 2 is Eminem 10 years after fame, drug addiction, falling off and coming back to reign with "Rap God." It, once again, is a candid transparent time capsule into this man's mind, which is exactly what an artist is supposed to do. And if you dont like it, in the words of both 2000 Marshall Mathers and 2013 Eminem: Fuck you.
Predominantly, predominantly, everything's always predominantly
Predominantly white, predominantly black
Well what about me? where does that leave me
Well I guess that Im between predominantly both of em
I think if I hear that fuckin word again Imma scream
While I'm projectile vomiting, what do I look like, a comedian to you?
Do you think that I'm kidding?
What do I look like some kind of idi- wait a minute, shit, don't answer that..

Wishful thinking IMO. Im sure it'll have its fair share of bangers but i could also see a song like Asshole for example be another faggy song because of the faggy sing song feature.

Oh and Summer Knights was GARBAGE. His new style of yelling with a faux Jamaican accent is wack as fuck. Needs to stick to the style of rapping he used on 1999. Even his boy in Pro Era CJ Fly just dropped a better mixtape than Bada$$.

Yelawolf ain't that good, don't even get me started. Talk about overrated as fuck on here. Yeah I like him, but he can't even make an album and stand on his own.

Have you not heard Trunk Muzik Returns? That's like the most cohesive project to come out this year. Bars/flows for days. Top 5 of 2013 imo
Somebody dropped me on my head and I'm for sure
That my mother did it but the bitch won't admit it was her
I slit her stomach open with a scalpel when she was six months
And said "I'M READY NOW BITCH!! AIN'T YOU FEELIN THESE KICKS CUNT?!

Agreed.

The only reason people think Yelawolf is overrated here is because obviously us Em stans listen to his signed artists and some of us end up loving Yelawolf because of hearing of him through Em. I love Yela but I don't overly like 50 that much or Obie or anything so I'ts not just Em.

Yela is underrated.

I can't take people seriously who say Em fell off and in the same breath tout Relapse as some sort of artistic masterpiece. Some people need to step outside their house. That shit was critically panned by the bulk of critics and fans alike. Most people are not trying to hear a serial killer themed album with weird accents.

I'd take one song like Monster on an album over an album with multiple songs containing lyrics like "a flashlight up Kim Kardashian's ass" any day.

If you wanna talk about how his current work doesn't touch his first three albums, fine.

But saying "Em fell off, he needs to go back to the Relapse days" sounds so ridiculous it's comical.
