I really think this has a chance at whatever Wayne did with the last Carter album for sure since it hasn't leaked yet

agree. i was just commenting on what i knew at the time. as things change, my opinions will change.

not saying mmlp2 will be a flop. i'm just saying i think the sales will be higher than relapse but lower than recovery.

I hope Em sells less than 500k so they'll realise that commercial singles won't make him sell a milli.

^ Yeah. The Monster will surely help the album. I won't reach up to MMLP1 and TES levels. But it might break SSLP/Encore levels if it's lucky.

Take this as you will. I do not know how valid this particular research is, but it seems to be true. Just pointing out that there is at least some data out there that contradicts your claim:

"More than 2/3 of the albums that sold platinum or better had a #1 radio hit. Even selling gold virtually requires at least one top-15 hit. While a top-5 hit doesn't guarantee a platinum+ album, it's extremely difficult to get there without it."

Though I would be willing to accept that you consider Eminem to be a special case.

I know that, but I hope you get what I was trying to say :)
