Why is everyone saying this is Em's last album?

really don't get why everyone's saying this is his last album..

-Bad Guy doesn't mention anything about it being his last. the only reference is that "last album out because after this you'll be officially done". This is just referring to Matthew Mitchell killing Eminem, therefore meaning he can't make another album because he'll be dead. If anything this should be a sign that he WOULD make another album because

-The sad vibe of the album is only there because it honestly is a reflection of where his life is now. He doesn't mention anything about he's tired of rapping or anything like that. He's simply being honest about his own life, apologizing to his mom, speaking of his loneliness. Nothing in particular leads to it sounding like any sort of retirement.

-His brother said on twitter this is his last album.

His brother also said there was a "0% chance he'd EVER die his hair blonde again"
