This is a pussy post but I don't care.

I was in 8th grade when I memorized the SSLP front to back. Since then I've been die hard.

Em went through some shitty times, I thought Recovery was his big comeback, I still think that's a great album. I knew he could surpass it, though. After the Westwood freestyles and BET cypher, it was clear Em wasn't going anywhere and had the material. It was just a matter of time and space.

So congrats Em, you deserve all the recognition you will receive for this album. I hope he comes out with more albums, but if not, this put the nail in the coffin as a legend and the GOAT for me as a fan.

word. for those who grew up with em this album is a masterful piece and a perfect way to close up, even if only for sentimental value.
