Obie would be cool, maybe someone from D12 I was thinkin Swifty. Dont really know. Have to wait and see. Proof cant be replaced. He was the best. I think besides Em he was the only other member that was SO SO funny.

Proof was a soulful, artistic rapper in his own right. Even though he established his record company and released "Searching for Jerry Garcia" I believe that he deliberately held himself back in order to remain Em's hype man- he didn't have to but he wanted to. I think that they shared a very special bond in their friendship- they didn't just understand each other personally and professionally, they truly knew each other.
No one else in the Shady Records camp seems to have that level of self confidence and security that Proof had- he didn't have to be in the spotlight. Everyone that's been mentioned wants to be number one in their own career- they won't take the back seat to be Em's hype man, especially 50 Cent. Eminem and 50 seem to have become very close so it may work in a limited way if they acted as each other's hype man.

well maybe it'll be someone close to him like obie or 50, maybe the whole D12 crew, but if that aint happened he'll be fine by himself

I'm not sure because I'm not totally knowledgeable on what the usual is for a hypeman but would 50 cent want to take a smaller role to be eminem's help? I would see more of obie being the next hypeman.

i think that they can try and replace him but they wot be able to. it willnever be the same. you could get someone as good as him but eminem and him would ever have a bond like him and proof. o stage it would be the same, yano what i mean?
