So now, The REAL PROBLEM WAS THIS....
lets fast forward 4+ months after the WRONG lawsuits hit marshall in the face..........
Debbie had a husband who was a fuck up and needed legal counsel in 2000.
Who gave her husband legal counsel through the year 2000?? Her lawyer who sued her son.
Who upped marshall's punishment amount 1 MIL to cover the EXTRA lawyer fees for both cases AFTER his 2 MILLION DOLLAR OFFER to Settle was denied?? Her lawyer who sued her son.
WHO BENEFITED FROM THIS stupid LawSuit in the end?!? Her BLOOD THIRSTY LAWYER, that douche who sued her son.
He made Debbie sign a legal document, prior to his counsel for Briggs in 2000, agreeing she will PAY ALL OF Briggs FEES that will be incurred if Briggs DOESNT PAY IT HIMSELF.
Well mother fuckers.... BRIGGS didn't pay SHIT after his case in 2000 and put all his fees on Debbie.
So after all was said and done, the lawyer put Debbie in debt to him more and continued using her and the situation hardcore for self monetary gain until she finally fired him.
He did get a ruling in August of 2001 for $23000+, but he REALLY wanted that cool 2 Mil that he put on the table that was declined. After that denial and realization HE CANT WIN against Rosenberg, he talked Debbie into settling for only $25,000 in 2001 to take care of the costs that he felt HE earned since taking her case in 1999 and Briggs case in 2000.
This lawyer used the SHIT out of Debbie and she was too naive to see.
All she wanted was to fix her name and reputation and get her RENT that was due to her in 98-99 from KIM, or at least get permission for the tenants to move so she can sell.
Instead, she made a deal with the devil who fucked up her relationship with her son.
