Are you just guessing guys? Lol, I'm scandinavian and I can tell you it's pronunced Obro (no oh-bro, ey bro, oooh bro or something). Just Obro, like Oslo. Å is called the swedish o and it's pronunced like normal o.

And by the way, the vid you've seen is a short clip from the All access Europe DVD.
