who doesn't want "slim shady" back... like seriously if i heard an album about popping pills, killing his mom, and making fun of pop stars, I'd be pissed... he needs another album like eminem show, detailing his life. In all honestly, I'm not at all excited for that Norman Bates Motel track, that seems like slim shady lp and marshall mathers lp and those types of tracks were great back then but they get old fast... personal songs on the other hand like TES don't.

Like I've (and Yoshi who said what I wanted to say) on the other topic, my fave album is TES. So I would like something like that yeah. Something personal, deep etc.. and also a bit of humour and seriousness..

if bringing "slim shady" back means he remebers how to do pure mc kill tracks (like bad meets evil) then i couldnt care if what he is using to express that is pills and killing people, the stuffs funny if you like dark humor and his skills are awesome.

i love deep meaningful tracks and life expirence thats all awesome, but you still want the track that has nearly zero concept and the Mc is using all his skill and completely ripping it.


i want a mix, i dont want him to pretend hes still the young drug addict or anything, he needs to be alot more mature but thats doesnt mean he still cant do the slim shady style.

exactly, I want humor in his lyrics but I don't want humor of the likes of Kill You, I'd prefer something like As The World Turns, or Who Knew.

Indeed, just original, but every album Em has released has been original, and thats what I like about him, that he is always able to come up with something original!

i think we can pretty much expect a mixed album, it just wouldn't be the same without a few funny slim shady tracks, aslong as they have decent lyrics it should be fine.

I have to agree with Bar here.

If he can pull off the great lyrics along with talking about his life, then fair play to him; but most of the things that most made me marvel at him was the ways he'd rhyme. And, while he's pulled it off in a few, specifically Say Goodbye Hollywood for one, the tracks where he was "Slim Shady" were much more skillful.

I got to say though i don't want him to do the high voice again. But there isn't really any worry of that; i'm sure his voice can never go that high again anymore

His new flow is ass, I'd much hear Eminem with a high pitched voice than trying to make his lyrics "match the beat."

Give me a mix of MMLP/TES and I'm happy. I don't want to hear Eminem begin monotonous in regards to his subject matter.

Like Throwback said. I want a mix of MMLP & TES. they are both great albums. Slim Shady needs to be in that album its what Made Em so big because of his humor in some of his songs

TES is always my favorite, I agree with you tash, mmlp and sslp were dope lyrically, but you have to be in a certain mood to really feel the lyrics, personal deep songs are what can be played over and over again.

in plus, eminem is too old now to be doing killing, drugs and things on a track, he should be more mature and reflective
