"Relapse 2" didn't actually exist in terms of a tracklist, artwork etc. It was just an idea that there would be a sequel to Relapse. There are probably loads of tracks he recorded INTENDED for Relapse 2, but no one but Eminem or maybe Paul will know what songs were going to be on that album.
