It'll sell 2.5 million before the year is over tbh. The video for Rap God hasn't dropped... I'm sure there will be a video for The Monster as well.... 4 singles were released before the album dropped, I'm sure they are planning on putting out at least another 2 singles. Headlights and Bad Guy are deserving of music videos.
how many albums has he sold in his career?

First day, mad motherfuckers at Best Buy buying the album. It wasn't like that with Recovery and Relapse.
Zeek wrote:Those estimates are based on first day sales. So it won't sell 800-900k thats impossible now.

The hip-hop scene as developed a much larger fan base of people who will buy albums for quality sake. Recov did its numbers because of its singles but look at GKMC and Born Sinner. Born Sinner debuted same week as Kanye and outsold Yeezus... the biggest single on there was crooked smile which didnt even reach top 5 on billboard. So I am thinking that the overall quality of this album will keep it a strong seller.

The Marshall Mathers LP debuted at #1 with 1.76m (10.6m to date).
The Eminem Show debuted at #1 with 284k (SDVs) (7.6m to date).
Encore debuted at #1 with 710k (5.2m to date).
Relapse debuted at #1 with 608k (2m to date).
Recovery debuted at #1 with 741k (4.4m to date).
35 million albums in US alone with those 6 records. Excludes Greatest Hits, 8 Mile, D12 albums, and Re-Up. Plus excludes WW sales.
