I disagree with that. I see everybody saying that but I don't see it.

He's improved with technique and flow. Improved technically maybe and is a better all-round and more versatile rapper now.

But his lines / ideas back in the original BME days were more original, I think.

He says a lot of generic puns now and often attempts somewhat scatalogical or abstract humour which just doesn't land (like the Williams sisters part). A lot of attempts to be clever that are just pretty lame and sometimes barely make sense. And Em would be crucified for them.

In some contexts he's improved. Such as on... "Take from Me" - that's a great personal verse that he probably couldn't of written a while ago. But his classic-era punchlines were much better I think. Things like "n1ggas babble babble - that's why they stay on the shelf"... his old lines had that classic 90s wit to them. Much more effective than puns or random shit.
