yeah, I was told 3 months ago that both kendrick & Eminem had to headline these 2 festivals.
The pukkelpop announced Em as the headliner and the rockwerchter announced Kendrick as the headliner.
A few minutes ago, Kendrick said that he was going to perform at the pukkelpop...

Skyrock is supposed to announce The Special Guests for Eminem's french concert and apparently, Kendrick will be there as a special guest and Open the concert at the Stade De France.

For the other festivals, they'll do their own show but I expect them to perform a song together.
