No, it's pretty solid and enjoyable. Relapse is probably slightly ahead of it though. I find myself missing Recovery after a while and always end up going back to it. I still bump Relapse as well. :flutter:

Stay with your opinion, don't go for critics on the Internet. They are the reason that Rappers like Wayne are so huge. Stick to your instinct.

Recovery was a breath of fresh air. I think people expected something very generic out of the Album, but were shocked and it took time to sink in. Not much, but less as compared to Relapse. People didn't know what 'em. If Recovery was bad, it wouldn't have nominated in so man categories. Doesn't matter the no of Awards grabbed, it was satisfying.

Its a good album..average maybe.

The production was weak, the beats was just terrible and EM sampled way too many songs and used their hooks in his own songs, half the albums hooks is just sampled..that was one of the biggest let down for me.

He also had shitty fucking features with Wayne,Rihanna,Pink and Kobe.Terrible line up of artists, hope he never pulls a stunt like that again.
EM should collab with rappers..rappers that are on his level.Jay z,Nas,Tech to name a few, instead he gives us pop stars..fuck outta here with that shit.
Cry babies, maybe my way that i use words is loose
but you turds better be careful how you choose yours

We're gonna rock this house until we knock it down
So turn the volume loud, cause it's mayhem 'til the a.m.
So baby make just like K-Fed and let yourself go, let yourself go
Say fuck it before we kick the bucket
Life's too short to not go for broke

The negatives are:

-cringe-worthy punchlines
-choppy flow on most songs
-hoarse delivery
-bad production
-lack of cohesiveness

There are some great tracks on it though.
I'm not tryin to be rude, but I sincerely wanna fuck the taste out of your mouth

Classic album imo, such a great comeback.
TrShady is just great. A place where pompousus blowhards can connect with other pompousus blowhards, and form a vast circle jerk of pomposity.
