Nah man, it means than during a whole month, each issues from Marvel's ongoing series had variants covers with Deadpool on it to promote the character, the same way Em is on this Mighty Avengers #3 variant cover to promote MMLP2.

Only comic Em ever was in was that Punisher story to promote Relapse.
