I know it's still early days, but I think it's certainly the best since his comeback.

I'm sure it is his best since his comeback. Both Relapse and Recovery we good in its way but this is just.. idk what I expected since the beginning.

Well I pretty much predicted what would happen with Recovery.
Why can't we predict for this album?

I didn't say you can't, but really, we can't know exactly how we'll feel about these songs in a year lol.

In year Relapse will become Em's GKMC and his greatest album ever. Recovery will become classic without 3 last tracks and MMLP2 will be hated. Until the next album comes out.

Personally, it'll be one of my favorite albums. Along with MMLP1, TES, SSLP ect.

Fuck top five, bitch, I'm top four
And that includes Biggie and Pac, whore
And I got an Evil Twin
So who the fuck do you think that third and that fourth spot's for?

Some songs like Brainless, Bad Guy, and Evil Twin will age very well I think. Some other songs won't age as well.

Only So Much Better, Rap God, Brainless, Asshole, and maaaaaaaybe Headlights will be viewed as "very great" a year from now.

The production on Bad Guy is cool as shit but his flow will be criticized harshly. You would think with such a pivotal song he would have calmed down with the syllable splitting and focused more on what he's saying.

Asshole is awesome as fuck too, the beat is amazing. The best beat ADK has handed Em. Not too crowded, fast-paced and Em's vocals make me want to be an asshole.

Skylar's hook sounds good when your volume is low, too.

2nd half of 2nd verse, 3rd verse, and outro verse is fucking killer though homie. You seem to have turned a corner with the Em hate lately.

Bad Guy, So Much Better, Legacy, Rap God, Brainless, Headlights, Evil Twin will be highly regarded probably.

I think once the newness and stanery rubs off it will still be considered a solid album.

As far as Recovery, aside from this forum, most people loved it. There's a reason why he said Relapse was in his trash on his last album and "Recovery was so highly coveted" on this album. More people enjoyed it than did Relapse, except on this forum. For what reason, I don't know.

But back on topic, this was a solid album, and once the hype dies down, people will really look at his lyrics and see how much hard work was put into writing them. This is the sharpest he's been in quite some time.
