Was the album that bad that you feel the need to edit the track list?

Fuck whoever takes out Asshole.

Bonus Tracks:

2. Baby
3. Desperation
4. Beautiful Pain
5. Survival

And I leave Stronger Than I Was off.. I respect it but just not what I want to hear from Slim..
Looking at it I actually find this list dope as fuck lol

I feel like originally Bad Guy didn't exist and it was Parking Lot followed by Evil Twin but he made Bad Guy and had to move the tracks around

However I'd never put Bad Guy at the end its second half doesn't fit for an album ending with what he says

I'm trying to make a track list that uses all the songs, I have no need for a bonus disc, I'm just playing it on my phone. I don't know if I'm satisfied with the ordering of songs 14-20. If anyone has opinions on this I'm interested in them :flower:

1. Bad Guy
2. Parking Lot
3. Rhyme or Reason
4. So Much Better
5. Baby
6. Survival
7. Legacy
8. Asshole
9. Don't Front
10. Berzerk
11. Rap God
12. Brainless
13. Groundhog Day
14. Stronger Than I Was
15. The Monster
16. Desperation
17. So Far...

These topics piss me off so much. Just because songs are on the bonus disc doesn't mean they're not considered on the album. It's just a marketing ploy to get you to pay more money. I don't remember who but it might of been Drake and had a giant song on the radio non stop and it was on the bonus disc, it doesn't mean that it's not still considered part of the album. The only song that's a bonus track is Don't Front. You don't need to replace anything, enjoy all of them.
CALLED IT!

okay so we were talking about it in another topic so here's my final tracklist...

1) Bad Guy
2) Legacy
3) Rap God
4) Survival
5) Stronger Than I Was
6) Baby
7) Brainless
8) So Much Better
9) Asshole
10) Groundhog Day
11) Beautiful Pain
12) The Monster
13) Headlights
14) Evil Twin
15) Wicked Ways / Ken Skit

Disk 2 / Bonus:
1) Don't Front
2) Berzerk
3) Rhyme or Reason
4) So Far..
5) Desperation
6) Love Game
7) Parking Lot (Skit)

Notice how the bonus disk uses some throwback samples and shit after don't front is super old school? kindof made sense to me. Then he kills himself at the end.
I'm still hungry as fuck, but can't even say bon appetit

I agree with this. But at the same time, the way the songs are organized is only because of the technological limitations of the disk. If the capacity of a cd wasn't limited to 80 minutes, the bonus tracks would not have been just tacked on to the end. They would have been organized to fit somewhere on the album. That's mainly what I'm interested in. I think the idea of an album will change drastically when CDs finally die.

SWA should have been a mod the day he registered. Agreed 100%, that's a great analysis.

I changed mine a lot:

1. Parking Lot (Skit) - I always thought the album should have started with this. I realize Bad Guy was a epic way of starting the album, but the skit is a more exact way of starting from where MMLP left off.

2. Groundhog Day - I wanted the family issues and family-related songs to start off the album and get out of the way.

3. Brainless - Much like Brain Damage was towards the beginning of SSLP, I wanted this this to be sort of an unspoken parallel.

4. Baby

5. Stronger Than I Was

6. Headlights - Ending the family issues, I wanted this song to be last coupled with his apology to Kim.

7. Beautiful Pain - A song that is about rising up, I liked this here because he is speaking now past the family issues.

8. Bad Guy (without outro) - I believe this is almost part two of the album. So after the initial song, this starts off part two with a bang.

9. Legacy

10. Desperation

11. So Much Better

12. Wicked Ways

13. Rhyme or Reason

14. Evil Twin

15. So Far

16. Rap God - an epic way to end this amazing album

Bonus Tracks:

Asshole
Survival
Berserk
The Monster
Love Game - just because I don't think it fit in with the album well

Actually I take this back, my tracklist would be:

01. Bad Guy
02. Parking Lot (Skit)
03. Rhyme or Reason
04. So Much Better
05. Groundhog Day
06. Legacy
07. Love Game
08. Berzerk
09. Rap God
10. Brainless.
11. Beautiful Pain
12. So Far...
13. Baby
14. Don't Front
15. Headlights
16. Evil Twin
17. Ken Kaniff (Skit)

Bonus:
18. Asshole
19. The Monster
20. Desperation
21. Stronger Than I Was
22. Survival
23. Wicked Ways

There, 15 quality tracks, two great skits, and SIX bonus tracks. The deluxe version would be such a steal with a deal like that.
