It has to be one of the best hip hop compilations ever. So many legendary artists dropping great tracks. I disagree with TR, I think the Nas one is great I like his flow and delivery on it. Although I think it was a subliminal diss to Jay-Z and that's a shame. "R.A.K.I.M" is one of my favourite Rakim songs, it's one of the best beats he's ever put vocals to, his best hook (imo), and the lyrics are sick. Jay-Z's track is class as well, great flow and the hook is sweet, but nothing touches the excellence of Lose Yourself. One of the best rap songs ever, full stop.

1. Lose Yourself
2. R.A.K.I.M
3. 8 Mile
4. 8 Miles 'n Runnin
5. U Wanna Be Me
6. Rabbit Run
7. Love Me.

I listen to all those songs a lot, and those are the order of what I listen to the most. Anythin not in the top 7, I don't listen to anymore.

I love the whole CD. Since I think of 'Lose yourself' as a whole different level and it's such an obvious #1, I'll leave that out.

1. Rabbit Run
2. Stimulate
3. 8 Mile
4. 8 Miles and Runnin'
5. Spitshine
6. Battle

word on that. i love this CD, so many great tracks from different artists, it's amazing. i just can't say the same about "R.A.K.I.M.", because i don't like this song that much. apart from that - he's 100% right.

i also like the "U Wanna Be Me" by Nas, i think it's sick.

1. Lose Yourself
2. Rap Game
3. 8 Mile
4. 8 Miles 'n Runnin
5. U Wanna Be Me
6. Rabbit Run
7. Love Me.

^ my fave tracks.

:( X is underrated...

He deffinetly is. He's got some amazing tracks actually. Lyrically, he's one of the best I've heard, and he doesn't really get as much props as he should.
