MMLP!

I just like it a hell lot more, I don't know why. There are awesome songs on TES, but in some strange way MMLP seems to be more real or something. :8)

I also think these are the two best of his albums, can't decide which one is the best though.

Sing for the Moment, Till I Collapse, Cleanin Out My Closet, White America, Say Goodbye Hollywood, Superman, Hailie's Song, etc. That shit doesn't get old 'cause it's real. Songs like Criminal isn't real. I love that song, but he talks about shooting a dog in there and hiding his penis and clucking like a chicken. I can't fucking relate to that song. The only emotion I get is laughter, which is nice, but I'd much rather appreciate the truth.

I think I'm in love...lol.

I want you to fall in love with me, friend.

Anyway, MMLP > TES because of Stan.

SAme as that. It was the most original. Eminem's concept's and delivery in songs like Kim & Stan were him at his peak. His lyrics are excellent throughout the album, yes he took hit to another level on TES, but he dropped the crazy concept's that I felt made him.

MMLP wins, by an inch.

TES was for a long-time my addiction. Popped that album in my player, everyday i came back from school. However, for some reason I can't get into it anymore. Its the ONLY Em album I can't play all the time. SSLP got tiring for me aswell, but I can wait a while, than listen to it and love it. TES just doesnt have that affect on me anymore. MMLP by far is my favorite Eminem album, and my favorite HipHop album period. It was damn near an Art piece with songs like The Way I Am and Stan. It's lyrically insane with tracks like Marshall Mathers, I'm Back, Kill You, and Who Knew. The Real Slim Shady is my favorite of his pop culture type, pilot singles. It has a formula, that just gets to me all the time.

I am not saying TES isn't damn near lyrically beautiful. TES was at one-time my favorite album in the WORLD. Square Dance, Business, White America, Without Me, Soldier, and of course Cleanin Out My Closet, were pure genius. But MMLP stays fresher with me. I gotta go with MMLP.....

I choose TES. I like MMLP with all its classic songs we love, but TES is [and always has been] a classic album. You can easily say how much Eminem matured since MMLP, how he developed his lyrical and technical skills. He's not the silly Slim Shady anymore, he's a mature guy who knows how much he achieved and that he's one of the best in the game.

I know that concepts on MMLP were better, more original. It was something totally different than everything we've heard, songs like Kim for example. But still, I'm a fan of the mature guy. I love his angry flow on 'Soldier' and 'Till I Collapse', the laid-back 'Business' flow and insane rapping part on 'Hailie's Song'. It's a perfect album in my opinion,

I haven't heard 'Cleaning Out My Closet' in a while, then I found it in my DL folder and played it. Wow, I already forgot how great this song is. Even though I can't relate to some things he says, they're still more real than anything else. I mean it's more possible to go through some shit, like your dad leaving you and never coming back, than killing your wife [yeah, i know it's possible too rofl]. I like rapping about reality, maybe that's why I like TES so much.

I think years 2000-2002 were his best years. I wish 'Relapse' was more like TES, it'd mean that he still got what it takes to be the sickest rapper ever.

i loved the SSLP but now some of the songs seem so low budget, like cum on everbody and it had so many skits, i thought MMLP had one too many features, Encore had too many of the same people featuring (mainly 50) eminem show was just right, although "Stimulate" shoulda been on it, and dr dre shoulda had at least 2 more beats on it.
