I just want songs similar to how he just used to rip songs apart like The way i am,Til collapse,Still dont give a fuck,Rabbit Run,Fight Music etc.I so want a Proof tribute which im sure we will get but i definitely dont want another bunch of goofy funny songs on the album 1 is enough.

Expectations are lower than they could of been i mean he has released a lot of club songs and all recently but we all know his potential and we just hope he reaches it.

If he is confident enough to release Relapse 2 this year that makes me very confident Relapse is off the hook.

A lot of the people on these forums (from what i have read) are desperately hoping for the type of songs from his first 2-3 albums. What you guys have to come to terms with is that he is at different point in his life and when he recorded those tracks he was a different person. I'm sure he will have some hard tracks on relapse with strong meanings but they definitely won't be what your expecting. I hope relapse will be a great album but I'm not expecting anything like his old material because it just won't happen.

something entirely fresh... and dope
Yo, from the first to the last of it; delivery is passionate/
The whole and not the half of it; vocab and not the math of it/
Projectile that them blasted with; accurate assassin shit/
Me and Kweli close like... Bethlehem and Nazareth/

I'd like to see his rapping more technical like back in the Infinite days. The title track of Infinite is so great, and I'd like to see him do more with this kind of style.

I agree wit this. I like how in the Infinite album he used all kinds of wordplay and like every other word rhymed and still made sense.

From It's Ok on Infinite:

I quit smoking cess to open my chest
Life is stressful inside this cesspool
Trying to wrestle, I almost bust a blood vessel
My little brother's trying to learn his mathematics
He's asthmatic, running home from school away from crack addicts
Kids attract static, children with automatics
Taking target practice on teens for Starter Jackets
I'm using smarter tactics to overcome this slum
I won't become as dumb as some and succumb to scum
It's cumbersome, I'm trying to do well on this Earth
But it's been Hell on this Earth since I fell on this Earth

^It'd be dope if he did a song or two in this style. :worship:

Overall, i want the album to have the production like Eminem Show and the emotion & lyrics from the MMLP.
"I used to give a fuck, now I could give a fuck less
What do I think of success? It sucks, too much stress!"--Eminem

No, he can't! I hope he doesn't realize that. It's not true! God help us all!

^ If you had read it through you would've realized he made a typo and wanted to say "without".

But anyway,

It'll be different from all the previous albums. It's probably gonna be more like MMLP and that's exactly what I want. I want a dark album. I want him to have anger in it. I want him to punch me in my face with his lyrics and remind me why I liked his music. And concerning what Royce has said, what the 3AM-thing seems to symbolize and how the album cover looks like I'm sure I can't be disappointed.

I just hope "We Made You" is the only... funny song there.

More along the lines of Eminem Show. I don't want another SSLP or MMLP. He's too mature for most of those tracks now. I don't like the direction he took with Encore because it wasn't him. He seemed like he was doing a poor imitation of himself. I just want him to look at his life and write it. That's the Eminem that gives us goosebumps.
