These lines are decent because they're actually double meanings (although the 2nd one barely makes it).
Lines like "I'm the longest needle around, I'm a big shot" are fucking retarded because they're not even double meanings. You have one meaning, that he's a big shot (duh) and the other literal meaning... that he's a fucking needle. Not a human being.

It's as retarded as something like "I cut cheese into shreds, yeah, I'm grater than most rappers"
Not true at all.
Big shot = Big shot in the sense you picked up on also in the sense of a big hit, needle injection is sometimes referred to as a 'shot'. Longest needle around here = big shot as I am a big needle giving you a big shot / also a big shot.
Then you have... "Shake that ass like a donkey with parkinson's". Ass is another name for a donkey but also obviously a name for your butt. So shake that ass like a donkey with parkinson's = Parkinson's makes you shake and a donkey is an ass so if the donkey is shaking, it's a shaking ass. And he's telling you to shake your ass. Double meaning there too.
Batman line is double meaning by the way he pronounces the words combat man / calm bat mat. He's making it have two meanings by pronounciation and linking them through situation / metaphor. Another double meaning.
You also have... Well, even the ones OP mentioned. Cash registers shit their draws / draws is slang name for boxer shorts but is obviously using the word draws there in the literal sense too as in the draw in a cash register. Also got "I'm an uncooked slab of beef laying on your kitchen floor / other words I'm off the meat rack" - Off the meat rack, general saying to imply one is insane like but also using in the literal sense... Similar too... "I'm so god dam off the wall I may as well be a painting smashed on the floor".
Every other line is a double meaning. Seriously man if you're going to bash a song for a lack of something, at least make sure you understand it all first.
