Lol this delivery........ So bad. Rihanna makes this song like she is the only thing pleasent on the ear. Of em had just rapped normally it would have been alright. I have now accepted that Em has gone completly deaf, should just ghost write for people now.

it's not a bad song, but the whole sound of it is just really off-putting. granted, i've only listened to it once, maybe my opinion could change later, but at this point, i don't even see it becoming a hit...like i don't even feel like listening to it again, and this rarely happens with me when a new record by Em drops hmm

how come he doesn't rap on a more simplistic beat anymore? there's always so much going on in the instrumental that it ends up drowning out his own voice which should really be the focal point of a song

Just got home from college and listened to The Monster for the first time

I don't feel like listening to it again, and that a weird thing to say since I'm talking about a new Eminem song
Either way, I won't act like some members who are probably bashing Em and MMLP2
All of the other tracks titles seem dark and I don't mind Berzerk and Survival, which I love. Rap God is goat

Apparently, Em had a great concept for The Monster with that SSEP Intro/My Darling/Cocaine and so on voice, but it turn out to be shit as Interscope raped the song to make it mainstream
The Monster is out of my sight because this shit is so bad, my god...

It works sometimes, see Hell the Sequel. The complex rhyming he does on Welcome 2 Hell, Fast Lane, Above the Law, Loud Noises, etc. It sounds dope.

This is awful though. You gotta know when to do something and when not to. He's much better when he flows like he does on Ridaz, On Fire, Untitled, So Bad, Shady 2.0 Cypher, etc.
