Do you believe you can write a better song (technically) than Lose Yourself? Or perhaps write a verse better than the first on Rock Bottom?

I'm not saying you can't be a good rapper, but to claim you can be the "best" is quite something. Eminem is arguably the best rapper ever.

You said you're better than Eminem was back in the Infinite days. Yes Infinite was just rhyming multis for the sake of it, but can you actually write something equally as impressive as the song Infinite?

I forgot to write this in my post. :y:

I'm going for broke, gambling and playing for keeps
Everyday in the streets, scrambling and paying for cheep
Praying for sleep
Dreaming with a watering mouth
Wishing for a better life for my daughter and spouse
In this slaughtering house, caught up in bouts
With the root of all evil
I've seen it turn beautiful people crude and deceitful
And make them do shit illegal
For these Grant's and Jackson's
These transactions explain a man's actions
But in the mist of this insanity, I found my Christianity
Through God and there's a wish he granted me
He showed me how to cope with the stress
And hope for the best, instead of mope and depressed
Always groping a mess, of flying over the nest
To selling dope with the rest
I quit smoking cess to open my chest

Um, how is that random? That's about how depressing his life is.

I guess Rock Bottom is random as well?

MC Anonymous is no way near Eminem's level.

No, Rock Bottom is well put together. That's just random multi's going all over the place with no central theme.

And I never said they were better than Em, I had said they had the potential to be. And you'd be surprised, I have Mc Anonymous songs he never released that are close to Em's level.

Yes

and my views on Infinite have changed as I've listened to more music.

That's one hell of a statement to make. Please link me to a piece of work you've done that even close to the technical skill displayed by Eminem with Lose Yourself.

As I saw someone post here before, Lose Yourself isn't arguably Eminem's best song for nothing. Also, back to Rock Bottom's first verse. It's incredible. He spits the multi's effortless, nothing was forced. He even had three syllable internals in parts of the first verse.

For the record mate, I'm not hating at all. I understand you think you have the potential to be great and that's fine. Ambitions is something to help people strive.

To say you could write something better technically better than Lose Yourself, that's a hard statement to live up to.

Do it, because I would love to see that. That's a pretty big statement to make. You might be able to throw a bunch of multis in there, and even if you did manage it, multis don't make a song good. I highly doubt you could write something that matches the caliber of Lose Yourself, I'm sorry. You may be able to write something that's technically better, but I almost guarantee it'll seem forced. So, try to write something better then let us all know, please, and we'll judge which is better

LOL @ class thinking he can write better lyrics than "It's OK," "Never 2 Far," and "Backstabber."

Why is that faggot classthe_queen chatting shit about his rapping / lyrics being better than Eminem's? And how he can "outrap" Eminem easily - HAHA. You are a nobody fam, a generic YouTube rapper who won't do anything. Shut the fuck up.

This forum is soft. Just because this guy is assertive/cocky with his posts it doesn't change shit. He's an awful rapper, and his lyrics are about as interesting and dull as him.

LOL if you think your "rapping" is going to be anything other than a part-time hobby.

DISCLAIMER: I have nothing against regular people who decide to write lyrics, rap, and upload their shit on YouTube. If they are humble, and have the right attitude, or have the talent to back up their cockyness...fine. In this guy's case, he doesn't. Please ignore this punk, his opinion holds about as much weight as a fly.

classthe_queen hasn't achieved anything with her "music" yet, and until she does, she should fall back, be humble, and actually try and do something worthwhile. Until she actully does something relevant, I suggest we stop humouring her.

Not saying that album was amazing, but I haven't read anything yet that struck me as better than 'infinite'

Haven't seen anything as good as 'It's Ok' or 'Infinite' or any other track from the album.

I think Me, Coleon, SaJJad, DerdyPK, Mc Anonymous, Chambers, MPulse, Phantom, Jay-19 and Mc Maybe are all better than Eminem on Infinite.

And I don't remember who posted Drug Ballad but the rhyming on that is insane.

Lol damn you are delusional

I play basketball, I can make 4-5 threepointers in a row sometimes, make shots from hard sitations, but that does not mean I COULD REPLACE RAY ALLEN IN BOSTON for fuck sake!!!

My words are like a dagger with a jagged edge
That'll stab you in the head
whether you're a fag or lez
Or the homosex, hermaph or a trans-a-vest
Pants or dress - hate fags? The answer's "yes"

It would never come to my mind to rhyme "homosex", "trans-a-vest" and "pants or dress". Em`s rhyming is so crazy.

My imagination isn't vast enough to compare Buffalo Bill to the world's economy. Someone else give that a try
