I love the song, because it's unique and powerful, but he overdid it with the lyrics, because not many seem to understand them at all.

Imagine a breakdown after the second verse, the beat changes a bit, gets quiter and he starts spitting with pure fire, with a godlike flow which blows your mind (like yelawolf on catfish billy).
Then ppl would understand what he did on the second verse. why em...whyy?

i think the song is just kinda messy. it's just too busy and filled with sounds that don't even compliment one another. yeah, i don't really dig the hook. to me, it's a typical em hook with a melody that does nothing for me. i realize it's beastie boys influenced, and i do love the beasties, but i can't say i feel it's executed well...

You'd think a professional reviewer, at least I think thats what he is, would give it a little time. Berzerk sounds too busy to EVERYBODY on first listen, it really starts to make sonic sense on further listens though.

^ I guess so, I've noticed that songs that tend to stick with me and not lose their freshness, are those that I didn't really love on first listen. Those I instantly love, usually don't age well. Dunno if its the same for you.
