Don't know what exactly you mean by it wasn't sent to radios, I guess you mean the label or whoever isn't pushing it for radio play? Either way I def. have heard it on the radio
When a song gets sent to radio it means it's a single, when a radio plays it randomly they're just playing it because they feel like it.
Also, labels pay radio stations when a new single is out, they promote it that way so more people catch it on and start requesting it again and again and again.
