I think this could easily be recent, he seems to be rapping way too fast for it to be when he was really drugged up. Need to hear the rest of the song to be sure though, see what kind of references there are that might hint to what kind of time it was written/recorded if there are any. It does sound kinda 'slurred' though like his Encore type voice, so fuck knows.
