Anybody.
Eminem himself has said "there's nothing too deep, I just like to rap" about his album.
There is nothing impressive about the content of Rap God.
He's talking about the existence of the album itself, not any content in particular. The point is that he's not trying to make a comeback into the game like Relapse, he's not trying to make up for previous mistakes and change his ways or whatever like the theme of Recovery. He said he wants to put the album out this time because he just wants to rap. I have no idea how you interpret that as saying that his songs themselves have no content and are all just meaningless rap songs.

I said RAP GOD has no mind-blowing content. Are you dipshits really that impressed with laptops and cake batter? Or are you impressed with his voices, deliveries, multies, flow, etc? His RAPPING is what is impressive on RAP GOD. The song is not "Content God" or "Metaphor God" or "Deeper Meaning God", it's fucking Rap God.
Relax. I don't really think anyone is trying to say that it is deep as fuck, or "mind-blowing" in it's content. The statement in question is that Rap God was literally nothingness rapping with absolutely no content in it's lyrics. That implies to me that said person would be equating the lines of Rap God to stuff like:
"Critters sit and shiver in the slit of zillas
Pit of killers, gritters hit a click of silly niggas"
Which it isn't. People exaggerate Rap God's lack of line integrity and coherence. I don't think it's super deep and poetic, but there's a difference between rapping your ass off to show off in a fun way and actually saying nothing with empty lines. Just because I argue against the idea of no meaning at all, doesn't mean I think it's the most meaningful thing in the world.
Yes, you did say Rap God specifically didn't have impressive content, but your first sentence was in fact speaking about the album as a whole. It would make no sense to cite his ideology about the entire album to prove that one song is just rapping. Maybe that was the intention, but I think my interpretation of what you were getting at was pretty reasonable.
