i saw an interview with Will Smith, n he was asked about that, and apparently he wrote that line after what em said, but after he had recorded it em told him it wasnt a diss, more of a mark of respect, as em said he couldnt of made it in the rap game without dissing people... but quite alot of ppl, including will thought it was a diss at him.... so will replied....

if u listen 2 all the songs on his album theres also another track called I Wish I Made That... where he says "i always envied the way u hang with dre and the cronic" which shows he dont h8 em.... also if he didnt like em im sure Snoop Dogg wouldnt of recorded Pump Yo Breaks on the same album

the " WISH I MADE THAT" he is like talking to his fans not to em or any artist hes talking to his fans

and im sure even if will dissed em snoop would've do the song cuz in the song he didn't diss em he did it on another song
