Menzo wrote:I don't care about his personal life, maybe tidbits of shit here and there. I just wish that Zane, as a fan, asked questions that a lot of fans wonder - not questions that, as a fan, he should know Em has already tiredly answered over and over.

I see what you're saying, but what else? I mean, I guess he coulda really geeked out and started asking him detailed questions about songs, but I feel like that's only something Peter Rosenberg would do. I do wish someone would ask him about Stronger Than I Was 'cause seriously, 3/4 of the song was singing, da fuk was that shit...

But anyway, I think Zane's interview are pretty insightful on Eminem as a person and what he means to music. It focuses not really on his personal life, but his place in music in this day and how it reflects the rest of his career. The same can be said about the Jay and Kanye interviews he did this year. These are people who have been in the game for a long time, who have shared lots of their personal lives in their music, so to ask more and more questions about it is kinda pointless and almost feels selfish.

It's true, Em's not as candid as he once was, but that was also, 10 years ago, when we knew less about him. He's given A LOT of his life away, in terms of his music and personal issues, but now it's more on his terms (The Way I Am Book, Vibe interview, Deja Vu, Headlights, Going Through Changes) as opposed to in an interview.

 I enjoyed it. It definitely felt like a journalist's interview, which I love

ALSO, if any of you can, you should watch the very first interview Zane did with Em in 2001, it's such a trip. I think you can appreciate the interview a lot more, it was like full circle. Dope shit.
Don't judge me by my post count.

Man he interrupted Em so many times and distracted him completely by playing those songs out loud.

I hate how in Em's interviews, he even seems like a robot. Every answer he gives always sounds the same. It's like it's rehearsed. He has to say everything so judiciously and cautiously.

How many times have you heard Eminem say...

''I don't mean to sound cliche or anything, but....''

''You know what I'm saying?''

''At the end of the day, it's just one of them things where it just is what it is.''

I don't think it's a matter of him rehearsing his answers, lol, but more of him getting tired of hearing the same exact questions in every interview.

The reason he seemed much more relaxed and open when he first came out was because the questions were new and intelligent, not just "so when did you come up with the idea for MMLP 2? How was it working with Rihanna?"

I actually like how he's gone back to the "you know what I'm sayin?" It's little things like the way he talks in interviews that tell me where his mind is at.

But in my head there’s a voice in the back and it hollas

But I'm trying to be honest, this is not about me, this is about Marshall Mathers, the former greatest rapper in the world

Where's the drama in releasing the vid one part at a time when the full audio interview is out any way... they're sat in a fucking chair. We've already heard what he says...

Just release the video as one you cunts.

I know they did the same with splitting the Kanye interview into four parts but did they release the audio first? Should the first video come out today?

Edit: the video is already out but none of you Stan's have linked it. Falling off fam.

Yes. In fact, he did it in 1 minute and a half. Proof (the last seconds of video):
