No one is forcing you to pay.

He said because songs are $1000+ now, donations would help.

If no one wants to donate, leaks will come every month instead of every week.

The song is def. from King Mathers era!! It sounds really similer to Give Me The Ball (or Detroit Basketball) to!!!
