Phobia is a pathological fear caused by something that is really not that dangerous. Arachnophobia is a fear of spiders (i do have that one myself in a slight form Just hate 'em). Some people are afraid to fly or to use an elevator or something more exotic. As for bitophobia, Em probably made this word up
