I watched the making of the video on thisis50.com and the directors explained that the concept is basically the sequel to the In Da Club video (notice how Dre and Em are in lab coats...). It's like 2050 and the world is over and Em, Dre, et al are frozen, so the Shady Aftermath artists were saved. That's what I got from the 'making of' video.

I guess it means that there's new shit to come, they're being revived i.e. Before I Self-Destruct, Relapse, Detox
