Artists usually do have leaked songs on their albums, especially if they become hits...look at T.I.'s album or Ludacris's album, half the songs leaked...its all part of promotion, thats why when you buy the CD, it has on it something like "featuring the hit singles so and so"...plus Em is probably the one who leaked it
