Fuckin hell, you baffled the shit outta me with that editing job you did on James R's post. That was weird, lol.
TruEmFan wrote:FACK wasn't on an album with the "classics." The songs on Curtain Call were not the best ones from Em's catalogue. They were just a compilation of all of Em's singles. Songs played on the radio and had accompanying videos. Which is why I never understood why people were offended that he put FACK or Ass Like That on there. Especially when a few months later, Em pretty much made it clear that he was struggling to find 3 new tracks to put on the CD.
... But let's just drop that subject 'cause I don't wanna get into another FACK debate.
Over time, the singles (Hits) are the ones that are considered classics. Whether we the real fans regard them as the best songs or not (I don't), the hits are the songs that get remembered. And Em put a really bad song right slam bang in the middle of some of his best ones. I don't wanna keep going over the Fack argument, as I'm one who defended the song for it's good points. But how you can berate "We Made You" after defending "Fack" is hypocritical and bizarre to me. Bizarre especially as I usually agree with the vast majority of your posts.

Maybe, but the difference is that he hasn't been showing it a lot lately. "Relapse", "Pistol Poppin", "What was that other forgettable track with TI"?, etc. Were all very very basic lyrically, and nowhere near EMinem's admittedly high standards. Neither is "We Made You", but this is his corny pop single, and he's putting
this effort into his flow and rhymes?! I can't wait for the album. I'm just really nervous about his stubborness to keep using this "Rain Man" character's accent, too much of that bullshit on the album could really make it suck hard!
