Chances are though, it's a freestyle, and the DJ titled it "Symphony in H" because he felt like it was so epic. Or not. Either way, there's a high likelihood that people will be disappointed, and say that it decreases expectations for the album.

I'm thinking/hoping it could be a concept song similar to "Guilty Conscience". The sobg hits a point where it reverses from Symphony in Heaven to Symphony in Hell or vice versa. If it was just one of those two I don't see why he would put "H" in the title and not the whole word.

It's not a freestyle. B-Real has a track labeled "Freestyle", so Eminem's would probably be labeled too.
