His flow isn't really "fucked up" as in he fumbled or mistakenly spit it like that. I'm sure whatever beat he probably wrote that to, it probably sounds better...it is a bit odd on the ear at first though.

Secondly, with the amount of horrid rap out there, I don't think this really qualifies as 'subpar'. I think at least this part:
