For starters it's normally mods who lock topics, the admins have more important shit to do and besides there's only like 5 admins and of those only one is often active; mods don't have power to ban, or else trust me i would have dealt with these retards long ago.

Well if you'd bothered to look at the Speak on Shady Sites section, or even just used average powers of observation you would have seen that the addition of ads above is the beginning sign that TR is fixing the problem.
