I honestly think many of you are oblivious to what he's tryna accomplish with MMLP2. He isn't simply revisiting his first album. It was call
Marshall Mathers LP. What he was back is not who he is now. Naming it Marshall Mathers LP2 is a way of expressing who he is now. So instead of struggling with controversy and hate groups like he used to in 2000, he struggles with fitting into normal life. It's not the same album and i wish yall would stop thinking it will be. If it was, eminem would not be working with Rick Ruben, but Dre instead. Another thing, I'm glad Eminem is evolving. Is he the same as he once was, nah, probably not. But in next ten years when you look back at his discography you'll appreciate it more cause each album is dedicated to that phase in his life. I'ma quote Jay-Z (the make of Blueprint 1, 2, and 3) for this as he states perfectly.
Hov' on that new shit, niggas like "How come?"
Niggas want my old shit, buy my old albums
Anyways, cool song I like the lyrics, but I'm kinda of sick of the anthem like beats cause I think eminem stands out more on simple beats, but hopefully we will hear that more on the album.
