You can't judge the whole song from a 30 second snippet, although you can of course get a good idea on how it will pane out.

Take Oh No as an example, the first two verses were average but he killed that third verse.

I think the song will be decent, but nothing more due to the time it was recorded. His flow is alright, but it does have the Encore lazy sound to it.
