Is that all you can really say "Are you retarded?" That's like your only answer when you don't have anything worth posting. You're 17 and you STILL haven't grown up? I'm not retarded for having an opinion

I don't dismiss your opinion cause I don't agree with it, I dismiss it because you can't back it up. I wish you could understand simple concepts.

Really? Cause when someone's proves you wrong you either say "lol ok " or "you're retarded" or the classic "Eminem sucks, you stans are just blinded".

I would agree with you if they actually were garbage.

Are you retarded? do you know the definition of sarcasm?

Are you retarded? Sarcasm doesn't work on the internet.

I think recovery is too main stream
thats probably why I dont like it, plus the angry voice and too many songs sounds similar in terms of content, flow, etc..

but eminem always have couple gems in his album.. like CWB, GTC, No Love, Not Afraid, Ridaz

I actually like W.T.P alot, I dont know why people hate on it so much, its really not that bad at all, its probably the only song on the album he switches flow back and forth, lyrics are decent and they are funny too.

Fly Away is also very good wouldve made my top 5 if it had been on the album

These are the only songs from the album I still like. A 4/17 strike rate.

Edit: So Bad. Forgot about that song. And Almost Famous (though the shouting on that one rapes my ears).

So that is 6/17 for me it is 8/17

About the album depends on my mood really, if I don't listen to the album for a long period of time and then play It i enjoy nearly all the tracks for what they are. But I can't listen to it every day as it gets annoying usually need to skip to my favorites. I think the album did not have to many poor tracks just they were missing sparks that gave his earlier work re-playability. I felt as though I can listen to it and say oh this is pretty good and then never end up listening to it again. Whereas most of the work on his first three albums i can keep on loop. It's a step up from relapse for me, I loved some relapse tracks especially De Ja Vu but some were just bad.

Anyway to answer the thread topic

Don't like- The Sampling
Don't like- The Production
Don't like- The forced Punchlines
Don't like- His Flow(Except for So Bad and On Fire)
The shouting is actually not that annoying he seems to be shouting a lot more post-recovery.

I have to agree with Shadyboymez and Kez. Also I would like to add When Recovery came out, I wasn't too happy as Relapse came out, I mean when Relapse hits the stores, I went out and brought it included a t-shirt for 10 bucks. :worship: I played Relapse from May, I think and almost a year, Just love that album but not as close as the 3 classic albums (TES, MMLP and SSLP) but I would listen to relapse more often then Encore.

I was disappointed about Recovery, It's a good album but doesn't seems much of an Eminem album. I really hope his next album is almost like TES or relapse but without the serial killer shit. Recovery is a pretty good album but I need to listen to it more often. :coffee:

The only thing that bothers me about recovery is knowing he scrapped songs like session one, fly away, hit me with your best shot, and cocaine while weaker songs like w.b.d., so bad, and cinderella man made the cut. :shakehead:
walked into a gunfight with a knife to kill you
And cut you so fast when your blood spilled it was still blue
I'll hang you til you dangle and chain you with both ankles
And pull you apart from both angles

Shady stay creative baby, hold your head up, dont you let up ,one bit on these motherfuckin suckas your a soldier get up!

actually this is the only Em release A.E. (After Encore) that i didn't buy on the exact date (I obviously already had it on the ipod but the purchase is a ritual)..

I think something it's really missing compared to the other albums is probably the lack of emotion and more importantly the lack of News awareness theres none of the "White America" social Commentary none of the "Who Knew" national scandal Humour and Nada of the "As The World Turns" "My Fault" Funny storytelling.. Big Cons..
