I wasn't trying to mess with the song by adding a hook. I was just playing around with it and came up with that.

Im not taking shots at anybody here, Im just saying he made it that way and probably wouldnt like people telling him that his last "conversation" with his dead best friend wasnt good enough because some chick wasnt singing in it.

I love the song without a hook, and I think it's a masterpiece the way it is. I'm not in any way saying that my version is better or even as good. The original is, of course, going to be the best because it's so haunting and personal. Me editing it was just to see what I could come up with for anyone who did want to hear the song with a little something in the pauses.
