Em is dissing Wayne. Listen to the first verse of Ciderella Man, he practually tells everyone his plan.
Because of all the lines over the past year it's hard to ignore it. If it was just a couple of lines that fit Wayne it could have been a coincidence, but it is at least a dozen, probably twice that. I definitly think Em is dissing him, but i don't know if he ever will publicly admit it. Just leave (pretty obvious) clues in his verses.
