Is he saying that he's finally happy with his life of fame or something? Please explain.

Only really a concept really connected to his verse saying he is moving away from the girl and relationship and is happy.

If you could be where I am (happy and over the girl)
Then you would want to be you (in the same way that he is happy that he is himself)
If you felt the way that he felt (happy) then you would be happy (that part is obvious)
But you don't because you just feel like you (maybe the girl isn't over him / happy)

I apologise if what i wrote was obvious, thats just my take on it.
