Eminem Refuses To Perform at Brit Awards

Eminem has decided against performing at this year's Brit Awards because award bosses refused to guarantee a prize at the February ceremony.

The 'No Love' rapper has been nominated for two awards including International Solo Male Artist and International Album, and is up against stiff competition from artists such as Kanye West, Kings of Leon and Bruce Springsteen - so it's no surprise that he's not a definite winner.

Rihanna has now replaced Eminem on the line-up for the 15th February bash, reports The Sun.

In other news though, Tinie Tempah is elated about his four nominations as he told the tabloid: "I'm over the moon. I never expected this."

if true , i didn't accept this from eminem........but ehh somebody on some other thread said why would he go that far just to perform if he isn't guaranteed to win one

In other words, some shitty UK tabloid started a rumor a few weeks ago that Em was performing cause they were confirming an award for him. Now that it's came out he's not performing people have took that rumor as proof and are now saying he's refusing to perform. I really don't think a multi millionaire star cares about a brit award.

No lol, it was confirmed it was bullshit (and made up by another uk tabloid). It was something to do with technical issues, Em had been there all day so he didn't even need to walk over any mud lol.
