They've already announced the tracklist. The EP isn't released on Shady Records and was probably recorded long before they officially inked the deal. Em doesn't produce or feature anywhere on it (Atleast, I think, unless the tracklist was fake).

well.... it has a huge SHADY RECORDS logo.... and it's a labe record signing party and they are releasing an EP that day.... it would only make sense for it to be released on shady records.... or no ?

It has a huge SHADY RECORDS logo on the poster, not the CD itself. It's there for 2 things

1.) Because it's blatant promotion when you stamp "Shady" on anything, hence the emphasis on the logo.

2.) This celebration is to celebrate their signing to Shady Records.

The EP itself is to legally finish their other deal with their previous label because in their original contract they were legally obligated to release 2 records under the company. They took a shortcut and just released an EP.

They might have worked out a deal and may stamp "Shady Records" on the CD itself anyways, but it's release is primarily under E1. Plus I'm pretty sure the EP has been done for a while now, even before the signing.
