Eminem Will Never Have a Posthumous Album

OK, think about it. All of the great/legendary musicians have posthumous (that's after death, for some of you) releases. They're rarely incredible, but they are usually pretty good. Pac, Biggie, MJ, Sinatra, everyone has them. Eminem though, he won't. When Koolo leaks a track, we can instantly tell when it was made, what album it didn't make, etc. A pothumous Eminem album would be so jumbled and incoherent, it just would suck. Also, his songs are so personal and based on current events, it would be weird to first hear them decades after they were recorded.

Haha thanks for the compliment. And yeah I realize that, but I feel like he's thought about it. IDK I think he might have some plan in place to prevent it, IDK what tha would be though.

Another (unlikely) theory of mine is that he knows a posthumous album will happen, so he has already recorded it. He's recorded a full album, front to back, that will remain unreleased until his death. It will address his whole career, explain why he said things he said, etc. Doubt it will happen, but we can dream.

They know he is the highest selling artist of the decade, they know how popular he is, they know how loyal his fanbase is, they know he will always get attention, and they will definitely release Eminem albums after he either retires/dies. (as I assume they have the legal rights to do so)

The CD could be full of 20 Just Lose It / Big Weenie type tracks for all they care, but if Eminem died, you can bet your life on it there will be a posthumous album coming.

Even if he doesn't die, and just retires for good at say 42 years old, they will still release something.

They'd get a hot producer to chop up the verses on new beats to make it sound like one album, chop out personal shit, make it all sound relevant etc.
