The Slim Shady LP.

Why the fuck is this album so underrated.

i personally think its the best album ever created.

ive seen people say TES is better than this.

ive seen people say Recovery is better than this :facepalm2

ive seen people say encore is better than this :'(

some people mention MMLP and TES and not mention SSLP?

does it feel old to some of you Em stans? you fucking misleaded cunts who think relapse is wack.

does he rhyme to good for earth on the album? (corny) does he give English a middle finger? (FUCK)

is the production too raw for you?

like i can find no fault in anything yet its soo underrated

Seems like lately certain songs or albums are underrated just because few people don't has it as their favourite :confusion:

It's my third favorite, behind TES and the MMLP. The rhyming in it is superb, the beats are banging, the lyrics are funny. It's a freaking great album. I think it's funny, it's a classic album yet in my opinion only his third best. If most other artists released an SSLP it would be their number one.

This. I love The Slim Shady LP, but I think The Eminem Show and The Marshall Mathers LP are both better.

Just listen to the second verse of As The World Turns, I'm not even going to expand on that :zipped:

Ah fuck it, it's one of the best mic performances in the history of the genre, it has absolutely EVERYTHING: Immaculate storytelling, hilarious humour, peerless rhyme schemes, versatility, great guests, (that are kept to a minimum, which is another plus) and for a major debut album, Em's mic presence and confidence on here are as good as it gets, also SSLP, to my ears, has the best set of beats Em has gathered for an album to this day
Same sword they knight you they gon' good night you with
Sh.., Thats' only half if they like you
That ain't even the half what they might do
Don't believe me, ask Michael
See Martin, see Malcolm
You see Biggie, see Pac, see success and its outcome
See Jesus, see Judas; see Caesar, see Brutus
See success is like suicide
Suicide, it's a suicide
If you succeed, prepare to be crucified
