This a good read for any fan of hip-hop, as the author makes a good defense to his claim. Em is mentioned as a contender, he just doesn't have a long enough resume yet.

Nas, to be fair, was more consistent than Eminem.

And some of the songs he did during that awful era.... Lol. Oochie-Wally for example.

Nastradamus was kinda wack, that's the only Nas album I don't like.

Well obviously that statement was false. For those who like The Eminem Show as much as I do, "Stillmatic" is sort of Nas's version in his career.
Can be considered the best but just isn't because of the impact the other albums had.
Its almost flawless.
Not to mention TWO classic songs. (One Mic, Either)
