Nice... it kinda looks like Em makes fun of him but he's actually making a compliment to Keith 'cuz it's a metaphor & it's about all those nick names Keith had while still active.

i seen it has a compliment also, he referenced him in one of his underground tracks as well "spaced out like dr octagon".. ems definitely a fan
