The fact it says 'we come home' before 'for the last time' makes me think Em is going to seriously try put an end to the super personally revealing raps... and make it all a bit more abstract...

He attempted to do that on Relapse, and even said at the time...

But people wanted to know what had gone on... he delivered that in Recovery, and I think he's tried to just finalize all open chapters with MMLP2...

So I think the next album will be more stories and concepts, less seriously personal.

I can confirm that, on Chrome, it does not work for me two times in a row. I have to clear my cookies for it to work again & the second animation/video runs at a low frame rate.

But it works perfectly on Firefox..

For future reference, going to Eminem.com redirects you to:

http://www.eminem.com/mmlp2-intro > MMLP2 Album Cover > http://www.eminem.com/mmlp2-out-now

Stan Tip: Saving both pages (I used Firefox) works and you can open the saved HTML file. But when I tried saving the Intro page, Internet Download Manager picked up a 'hidden' .OGV file which is only different from the Intro video it detects normally at first in that it continues to the pic of the album cover seen before the page is redirected to the second page (Out Now).

A lot of the links/pics I've posted in the last year or so, if they're dead, there is a probability that I have archived it on Archive.today.

If you need to reach me for any reason, message me on Hip Hop Shelter.

I hope he makes music which is still relateable though. Rather like Hold my Liquor by Kanye: a story that touches you personally, but bears no direct comparison to episodes in your life that fans can pinpoint.

I almost prefer these more abstract concepts for "personal" songs. It distances the subject matter from the artist, whilst intriguing the listener as to the relevance of the story and the characters consumed by it.

It may not be what we want."
