Maybe i can clear this up

"wut izz kolore soul" i can assume to mean "What Colour Is Soul", a song he did with Champtown when he used to rap fast and he used the N Word.

"Wicked Shit" is a rare freestyle from the Chaos Kid mixtape days.

So i think he's saying either his friend has an extra 16 seconds of Wicked Shit and possibly What Colour Is Soul, or he's saying his friend uploaded a video but it cut the last 16 seconds and possibly some of What Colour Is Soul out and he's going to upload it.

Whether it's true or not remains to be seen.
